Instructions
Step 1 — Prep
Gather all ingredients and have them ready before you start — timing is everything with a full breakfast.
Step 2 — Cook the Eggs
- Heat butter in a non-stick pan over medium-low heat.
- Crack eggs directly into the pan.
- Cook sunny-side up (2–3 min, covered) or flip for over-easy.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
Step 3 — Toast the Bread
Toast slices of wheat flour bread until golden. Spread lightly with butter while warm.
Step 4 — Warm the Peas & Beans
